Landmark at Universal Luxury Apartments Coming to Orlando, FL

February 2, 2010 – Construction on a 310-unit apartment complex is going to kick-off this month in Orlando, Florida near the Universal Orlando resort. The project is fast-tracked, with move-ins expected around the end of the year. Local tradesmen, including Orlando HVAC contractors, should contact Epoch Properties Inc. about any remaining employment opportunities.

The luxury apartments will be constructed on a 12-acre site and many Orlando contractors are expected to find work on the project.
