Huge Community Under Construction in Cooper City, FL
February 8, 2009 – Investors and builders are hopeful for the success of the 1,600-home Monterra community being constructed in Cooper City, Florida. The 500-acre site will see its first residents this summer though construction is expected to continue for years to come. The enormous project has brought many needed construction jobs to Pembroke Pines contractors and other area tradesmen.
The project, which is being headed-up by Codina and Carr, already has 25 committed home buyers. All local builders, like Fort Lauderdale contractors, should contact the GC regarding subcontracting opportunities.
