Mesa, AZ Building for the Future
December 21, 2009 - The city of Mesa, Arizona has broken ground on a roadway project which intended to support tremendous growth for the downtown region. A $9.4 million extension of Ray Road and Hawes Road is underway to accommodate the planned Gateway 202 project, a 230-acre development which was only recently approved. The roadway project has brought much needed work to several Mesa contractors.
The upcoming Gateway 202 project is expected to be an enormous mixed-use development which should greatly stimulate the local economy, and bring years of steady employment to Mesa general contractors, Mesa electricians, and other tradesmen.
