2、The overheating of the motor makes the thermal safety protector jump off, which may also cause the centrifuge to stop. At this time, it is necessary to contact the maintenance personnel as soon as possible.
3、The excessive slurry volume makes the torque arm manipulator automatically release the full automatic safety protection workers' operation efficiency, which may lead to the centrifuge shutdown. At this time, the operator should rotate the torque arm clockwise. If there is no obstruction, cover the torque arm, drive from the beginning, and adjust the feed amount; If there is any obstruction, remove the small bearing end cover, wash the rotating drum with tap water, and rotate the drive belt at the front and rear left and right until it is determined that there is no running material rotation in the rotating cylinder, and then drive from scratch. It can also check whether the discharging port of centrifuge is blocked by raw materials according to the situation on the spot. If the blockage is serious, it will cause the machine equipment load to be very large, which may lead to the centrifuge automatic parking system. At this time, the material cutting port shall be cleaned immediately, the running material shall be cancelled, and the rotating cylinder shall be removed. It is confirmed that the driving can be started from scratch after cleaning.
